No one can possess or use any weapon on the Equality Park property. Prohibited weapons include, but are not limited to, guns, knives or swords with blades, explosives and any chemical whose purpose is to cause harm to another person.
This prohibition includes Equality Park visitors, tenants and employees regardless of if they possess a concealed weapons permit (CWP) or are allowed by law to possess a weapon. It includes all property owned, leased or controlled by The Pride Center at Equality Park.
It includes both outdoor and indoor locations, including tenant spaces, and applies to all events, groups and activities on campus. Possession of a weapon only is authorized for The Center’s hired security personnel or law enforcement on duty to ensure the safety and security of people on campus. Violators will be subject to disciplinary action including event termination and trespass issuance for visitors.
