1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION
The Legal Heat “Range Bag Giveaway” ("Sweepstakes") begins on Monday, November 21, 2022 at 7:30 AM Central Time and ends on Monday, December 5, 2022 at 11:59 PM Central Time (the "Promotion Period"). The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Legal Heat ("Sponsor"). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission, or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the Sweepstakes. Entrants should solely contact Sponsor with any questions, comments, or problems related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may be reached by email at [email protected] during the Promotion Period.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of the United States who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at time of entry (the "Entrant"). Sponsor, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors, and employees (the "Promotion Entities"), are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a Prize. Household Members and Immediate Family Members of such individuals are also not eligible to enter or win. "Household Members" shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three months a year. "Immediate Family Members" shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. PRIZE
(Gold) Prize: One (1) winner will receive one (1) $500 Visa® Gift Card to purchase the range bag, ammunition, eye and ear protection, targets, and other miscellaneous items at the retailer of their choice. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) is $500.00.
(Silver) Prize: One (1) winner will receive one (1) $125 Visa® Gift Card. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) is $125.00.
Only one (1) Prize per Winner will be awarded. Prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the Sponsor. Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted by Winner. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute Prize of equal or greater value if a Prize described in these Official Rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. The ARV of the Prize represents Sponsor's good faith determination. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the Prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety, or performance of any Prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen Prize items.
This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States of America and Prize will only be awarded and/or delivered to addresses within said locations. All federal, state and/or local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Failure to comply with the Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the Prize.
5. WINNER SELECTION
The Winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received throughout the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted within seven (7) days after the Promotion Period by Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. No purchase is necessary to win and making a purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received, estimated at 1:2,500,000.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION
Each potential Winner will be notified by email at the email address provided in the Entry Information approximately one (1) week after the random drawing. Each potential Winner must accept a Prize by email as directed by Sponsor within fourteen (14) days of notification. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or potential Winner’s failure to adequately monitor any email account.
Any Winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in Prize forfeiture. No substitution or transfer of a Prize is permitted except by Sponsor.
A potential Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility or a sworn declaration of eligibility and may be required to sign a Publicity Release, and return same, properly executed, within fourteen (14) days of the first notification. If Sponsor is unable to contact the potential Winner within fourteen (14) days from first notification attempt, if the potential Winner fails to complete and return all requested forms by the specified date, or if the potential Winner fails to comply with any of the requirements, his/her Prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential Winner may be selected.
Prize will be delivered within approximately sixty (60) days of Winner verification, except in cases of delay of availability. Sponsor not responsible for such delays.
No advertised item is intended for Prize distribution or sale in those states or in those areas where such item is prohibited by law. Any Winner whose potential selection to win a particular Prize would otherwise be in violation of federal, state, or local law will receive an alternate Prize of equal value selected at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Any mention of a product or service in any advertisement or text does not mean it has been tested or approved by Sponsor.
7. HOW TO ENTER
Users who provide their email address at https://legalheat.com/black-friday-giveaway/ will be automatically entered to win.
Users who provide their email in the Legal Heat Facebook lead generation entry form will be automatically entered to win.
Users who purchase a legal heat concealed carry training course through www.legalheat.com using promo codes EARLYBIRD, BLACKFRIDAY, or CYBERMONDAY will be automatically entered to win.
Only one (1) entry per eligible individual is permitted, regardless of entry method outlined above.
ALTERNATIVE MEANS OF ENTRY: You may also enter this Sweepstakes by mailing a standard-size postcard with your name and email address to: "Range Bag Giveaway" c/o Legal Heat, 3730 Kirby Dr. Ste. 1200. Houston, TX 77098. Postcard entries must be postmarked during the corresponding Promotion Period (from Monday, Monday, November 21, 2022 at 7:30 AM Central Time to Monday, December 5, 2022 at 11:59 PM Central Time) and received no later than Wednesday, December 7, 2022 to be included within the random drawing.
There is a limit of one (1) entry per eligible person regardless of entry method. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, garbled, or misdirected entries. Sponsor will not assume responsibility for any third party’s failure to act in accordance with its instructions pertaining to Sweepstakes implementation. No mechanical reproductions of entries accepted. All entries become Sponsor’s property and will not be returned or acknowledged.
8. PRIVACY
Any personal information supplied by Entrant will be subject to the privacy policy of the Sponsor posted https://legalheat.com/privacy-policy, which is made a part of the Official Rules by this reference.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction, or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Sweepstakes; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers, or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website, or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless, or landline phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to Entrant’s or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or download of any materials in the Sweepstakes.
If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part. In such event, Sponsor shall immediately suspend all drawings and Prize awards, and Sponsor reserves the right to award any remaining Prizes (up to the total ARV as set forth in these Official Rules) in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor. Sponsor and Released Parties shall not have any further liability to any Entrant in connection with the Sweepstakes.
BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANTS AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, ITS RESPECTIVE PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND OTHER INDIVIDUALS ENGAGED IN THE DEVELOPMENT OR EXECUTION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES, FROM ANY LIABILITY, CLAIMS, LOSSES, AND DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THEIR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE ACCEPTANCE, USE, MISUSE, OR POSSESSION OF ANY PRIZE RECEIVED IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES.
10. WINNER LIST/OFFICIAL RULES

Written requests for the names of the Winners must be received no later than ten (10) business days after the Promotion Period has ended.
11. CONSUMER DISCLOSURES
Taxes, if any, on the Prize are the responsibility of the Winner. If requested, Winner will be required to complete and return a properly executed W-9 form to Sponsor within fourteen (14) days of issuance of Prize notification. If the potential Winner fails to complete and return all requested forms by the specified date, or if the potential Winner fails to comply with any of the requirements, his/her Prize will be forfeited, and an alternate potential Winner may be selected. An IRS 1099 will be issued where required.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, have no cash value (unless required by law), and cannot be substituted or replaced if destroyed, lost, mutilated, or stolen. Sponsor makes no warranties or representations concerning the Prizes. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute alternative Prizes of greater or equal value if for any reason any Prize becomes unavailable or is unlawful as determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual ARV will not be awarded.

12. NOTICE TO ONLINE ENTRANTS
In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online Entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the email address submitted at time of entry. Authorized Account Holder means the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Entry materials and/or data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro, or use of automated devices are void. The Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or illegible entries; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to Entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these official rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor and the independent judging organization, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these official rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any Sweepstakes it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these official rules; and (ii) withdraw the online method of entry if it becomes technically corrupted (including if a computer virus or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the Sweepstakes), and to select Winners from among all eligible entries received prior to withdrawal.
LEGAL WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER WITH OR VANDALIZE SPONSOR’S WEBSITE OR INTERFERE WITH THE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AND CRIMINAL PROSECUTION AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
